I remember the first day of school and seeing a bunch of new faces without names ... it took me about 15 minutes to learn your names, but over the course of the year, I learned about every single one of you. And now here we are, on our last (or second to last) day together ... you came in as fresh faced 8th graders and are smarter, wiser (so they say) as you head off to start high school, which will be the most INTERESTING four years of your life. I am proud of each and every one of you and know that if any of you ever need anything, I am only an email away!
Today, you're taking your final exam. Take out a sheet of paper and click on the document below for directions. When you finish (and if you wish) write your best memory of this year.
Thank you for being awesome and for making this year so special for me - I may have only taught three classes, but I got the pleasure to teach the best kids in the class of 2019.
